Wild Game Processing Services
At Big Steer Meats, we provide expert wild game processing to help you enjoy your harvest with premium quality and flavor. Our services include:

Smoking:

Fish (5 lb minimum)

Geese, Duck, and Pheasants (under 5 lbs or 5 lbs and over; birds must be de-feathered, gutted, and cleaned)

Wild Turkeys and Farm-Raised Turkeys (under or over 12 lbs; birds must be de-feathered, gutted, and cleaned)

Sausage Making (10 lb minimum per item):

Straight ground

Ground with seasoning

Ground with Beef or Pork (additional cost based on market prices)

Fresh sausage links or smoked sausage (additional costs apply)

All meat must be de-boned, cleaned, and fit for processing. Sausage items are wrapped in 1 lb freezer paper packs. Prices are subject to change, and additional costs apply for extra additives or premium ingredients. Wild game processing is subject to a service fee of 18%.
